 How Can You Make Your Hair Grow Super Fast Naturally

These findings were supported by additional research published in 2019. This study was based on survey responses from 340 participants who had followed specific instructions to improve hair loss by doing twice-daily scalp massages.

Approximately 69 percent of participants reported that their alopecia had improved, according to the self-reported findings.


2. Avoid Smoking 


















The researchers found that 425 out of 500 smokers had some degree of hair loss while only 200 of 500 nonsmokers showed signs of hair loss.

On the Hamilton-Norwood scale of hair loss, grade 3 is identified by deep recession along the hairline. In grade 4, there’s balding at your vertex.

The researchers found that 47 percent of the smokers had grade 3 hair loss and 24 percent had grade 4. Only 10 percent of nonsmokers reached grades 3 or 4.

The researchers concluded that nicotine and related chemicals might be responsible for accelerating hair loss, but more research is needed to back up this theory.


3. Limit Heat Styling














You probably know this already, but any hairstylist will tell you the most obvious way to help your hair grow faster is to ditch your routine of hot tools.

The number of times you should shampoo your hair per week varies depending on your hair type. Thicker, coarser hair types can go a few days without washing their hair, whereas thinner hair types may find their hair feels greasy after just one day. In such cases, dry shampoo can help soak up excess grease while you wait for longer strands

5. Trim Your Split Ends Regularly

















When you want your hair to grow longer, it may seem counterproductive, but regular trims remove dry, damaged split ends and are necessary for natural, healthy growth. Split ends, if left untreated, can work their way up the shafts of your hair strands and cause even more breakage, which means the only thing that grows is your frustration. However, if your stylist removes too much length every time you visit, your hair will not grow longer, so make sure you communicate your hair goals clearly. Depending on the state of your hair, your hairstyle, and your daily routine, you may require a trim every six weeks to six months.
